Possumus is looking for a SDR Outbound to join our dynamic team Possumus is a leading technology and AI company, specialized in software development for the Banking, Fintech, and Oil & Gas sectors. We focus on delivering innovative technological solutions that help our clients optimize processes and achieve their business goals. Responsibilities Execute multi-channel prospecting tactics (calls, professional social media, emails, messages, and other relevant channels), prioritizing quality and cadence. Apply ABM (account-based marketing) and personalization by account/role, from identifying ICPs to designing messages and sequences. Detect pain points, context, and priorities of technical and business decision-makers. Write, iterate, and optimize messages and sequences with Generative AI, deciding when to automate and when to intervene with human judgment. Convert contacts into qualified meetings with Salespeople and Solution Hub members, ensuring a clear and comprehensive information transfer. Manage the pipeline and activity in the CRM (or equivalent system), meeting KPIs for reach, response, and meetings; prepare performance reports. Collaborate with the Growth team (salespeople, marketers, and designers) to improve ICPs, value propositions, messages, and cadences; test hypotheses and learn from data. Provide feedback to the Solution Hub on market signals, objections, and technical priorities observed in the accounts. Minimum Requirements 2+ years of B2B (outbound) prospecting experience with proven results. Experience in technology services/solutions, software, or consulting. Knowledge of ABM, B2B sales cycle, and lead scoring (BANT). Ability to create and optimize outreach content with Generative AI. Knowledge of CRM (preferably Microsoft Dynamics) and prospecting channels (professional networks, email, calls). English B2 or higher. Productivity: Office 365.
