Business Development Manager (Talent Pool) - US/Latam/Spain (100% remote) 1 month ago Be among the first 25 applicants About This Role You will create top-of-funnel pipeline for enterprise and mid-market, qualifying opportunities and booking meetings that convert. What You’ll Do Own outbound: ICP definition, list building, sequences, cold calls, social selling. Qualify inbound with structured discovery (BANT/MEDDICC). Partner with AEs on territory & ABM plays; book high-quality meetings. Track activity, conversion rates, and pipeline influence in CRM. What You Bring 2–5 years in BDR/SDR/BDM for B2B solutions. Sequencing tools (Outreach, Salesloft, HubSpot) & LinkedIn Sales Navigator. English B2+ mandatory. Spanish/Portuguese a plus. Resilience, experimentation mindset, crisp written/oral comms. Nice to have Experience booking for US time zones; multi-market messaging. Location Americas (incl. USA) or Spain. Remote/hybrid.
