We are currently searching for a Channel sales Manager to develop our business in Argentina. This is for our Smart Home brand IMOU (Pronounced: I-Moe). 1, Who Are We? IMOU is a global leader in the Smart Home segment. IMOU has built a reputation in overseas markets as the go‑to vendor for Smart Security & Smart Home. Set up as a subsidiary of Dahua Group – the second largest surveillance & security manufacturer in the world – IMOU was established to make smart home security & technology easier to operate/use. IMOU’s product lines include Smart Security, Smart Lock, Smart Energy/Lighting, IoT, Smart Robotics, Storage & Cloud. Our mission is to make Smart Home more affordable, effortless to use & easily accessible to our customers. Responsibilities > Develop and execute annual, quarterly, and monthly sales plans to ensure strategic and financial targets are met. Create and implement commercial strategies, including product strategy, MSRP policy, and channel policy. Develop new resellers from CCTV/IT channels. Manage existing resellers’ sell‑in/sell‑out and increase our business share. Manage distributor orders, inventory, and sales data. Execute product training for distributors, resellers and installers. Plan and execute channel marketing and promotional activities to increase sales. Conduct market research, collect competitive product information, price strategies, and promotional activities, then analyze and develop relevant strategic countermeasures. At least 2+ years of experience in channel sales and business development of electronic hardware products. Experience with CCTV distributors/Resellers or CCTV manufacturers is a significant advantage. Excellent market insight and planning ability, sales data analysis ability, and business negotiation ability. Strong communication and coordination skills. Fluency in English.
