Onboarding Specialist – SaaS (English fluency required) Our client is a leading provider of enterprise‑grade attribution and marketing tracking software. Their innovative SaaS suite empowers performance marketing teams worldwide to drive ROI across affiliate, partner, and paid marketing channels. This role is based in our client’s new Puerto Madero office and requires full‑time, in‑office presence. Responsibilities Be the first point of contact for new SaaS Suite clients, creating a positive onboarding experience. Develop and deliver personalized training sessions to empower clients to navigate the SaaS suite effectively. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless onboarding process and address client questions or concerns. Gather feedback and identify areas for improvement within the onboarding process. Assist with data migration and system configuration to meet client needs. Qualifications Minimum two years of experience in customer onboarding, communications, customer service and support, sales, account management, or customer success. Fluent English required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and connect with clients. Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills focused on achieving client goals. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and prioritize workloads. Positive, results‑oriented mindset with a passion for exceeding client expectations.
