**Role Overview**:
We're seeking an Client Onboarding Specialist with exceptional communication skills and a knack for technology to join our team. You'll be the first point of contact for our clients, guiding them through the setup process and ensuring a smooth onboarding. Your role is pivotal in helping clients understand and leverage Captain for their business success.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the onboarding process. Guide clients through the setup and integration of Captain with their CMS. Provide clear and effective written and verbal communication to clients, ensuring they understand how to use Captain effectively. Work closely with clients to tailor Captain to their marketing needs. Maintain high levels of organization to manage multiple client onboarding processes simultaneously. Address client questions and concerns promptly, providing exceptional customer service. Collaborate with the product and tech teams to enhance the onboarding experience and product features based on client feedback.
**Qualifications**:
1-2 years of experience in a similar onboarding or customer success role, preferably in a SaaS or tech environment. Fluent in English with outstanding writing and speaking skills. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment. A proactive, problem-solving attitude and the ability to work independently. A commitment to delivering high-quality customer service and driving client success.
