Your role at Clorox The Marketing Manager South Cluster will lead our Large Surface Cleaners Portfolio (Poett, Ayudin/Clorox and Pinoluz), all fragrance segments (Poett Air care & Fabric fresheners), Cleaning Utensils (Ayudin/Clorox & Mortimer) and Brooms & Candles businesses across Argentina, Chile & Uruguay. You will be responsible for driving brand awareness, customer engagement and business deliverables: P&L (volume, sales, Gross Margin & Profit), market shares and campaign & launch execution. In this role, you will: Lead marketing people (coaching, feedback, calibration) Responsible for development and execution of advertising and consumer sales promotion plans Local input and execution of regional strategies & innovation Planning (volume, financial forecast and category, shares estimate performance) Develop and execute local brand strategies & plans Overall responsibilities of the categories (pricing recommendations, cost savings, market/trade opportunities, etc.) What we look for: Years and Type of Experience + 7 years of marketing experience in different positions (Local, Regional, Global, Content Development, Digital) People Manager experience Trade marketing/Commercial experience is preferred Advance English Skills and Abilities Ability to influence a matrix organization working with regional & local teams Leadership & envision in order to develop the categories to new levels People management Communication skills especially with peers in other functions, GMs and functional leaders Strategic thinking Education Level/Degree Marketing background / Business Administration / Industrial – Commercial Engineers Work type Hybrid Benefits we offer to help you be well and thrive: Competitive compensation Generous 401(k) program in the US and similar programs in international markets Health benefits and programs that support both your physical and mental well-being Flexible work environment, depending on your role Meaningful opportunities to keep learning and growing Half-day Fridays, depending on your location We seek out and celebrate diverse backgrounds and experiences.
