We have offshore team-building experience and aim to help businesses leverage global talent.

**About This Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the design team to produce on-brand creative content.
- Plan, manage, and execute marketing calendars for lead generation and awareness campaigns.
- Track and report on campaign metrics (open rates, engagement, conversions).
- Optimize campaigns based on performance insights and feedback.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects with sales, design, and leadership teams.
- Ensure all marketing deliverables are on time and meet high standards.
- Communicate proactively with the U.S. team to provide insights, progress updates, and recommendations.

**Qualifications**:

- At least 3-5 years of freelancing experience
- 4+ years of marketing experience with a focus on creative or brand content.
- Experience working remotely with U.S.based teams.
- Strong creative writing and storytelling skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms like HubSpot and Meta Ads Manager.
- Proven ability to plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns.
- Experience managing marketing projects and deadlines.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Familiarity with B2B marketing or eCommerce is a bonus, but not required.

**Shift Schedule**:

- Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm US PST
