**About This Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with design teams to produce on-brand visuals and messaging
- Manage marketing calendars and coordinate lead generation and awareness campaigns
- Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance metrics (engagement, CTRs, conversions)
- Support paid media initiatives on Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
- Coordinate cross-functional marketing projects with sales and leadership teams
- Ensure all deliverables meet brand and quality standards and are completed on schedule
- Provide proactive updates and performance insights to internal stakeholders

**Software/Platforms/Tools**:

- HubSpot or similar CRM tools
- Meta Ads Manager
- Canva
- Google Analytics
- Google Workspace
- Project management tool
- Slack
- Zoom
- Microsoft Excel
- Adobe Creative Suite

**Qualifications**:

- At least 3-5 years of freelancing experience
- 4+ years of experience in marketing, brand management, or content strategy
- Strong creative writing and brand storytelling abilities
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Meta Ads Manager)
- Demonstrated success in executing and optimizing campaigns
- Comfortable working independently in a fully remote setup
- Experience with cross-functional collaboration and deadline-driven environments
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience with B2B or eCommerce brands is a plus, but not required

**Shift Schedule**:

- Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm US PST
