About the Position We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UX/UI Designer to join our team. This role requires deep experience in designing complex SaaS platforms and a strong command of Figma. The ideal candidate is passionate about crafting user‑centered digital experiences and thrives in fast‑paced environments. This is a hybrid role based in Buenos Aires, requiring on‑site presence once per week. Responsibilities Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces for complex SaaS products. Create and maintain wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity designs using Figma. Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into innovative design solutions. Ensure consistency across design systems and maintain design documentation. Apply UI/UX best practices and patterns for responsive web and desktop applications. Participate in Agile and Scrum processes, contributing to sprint planning and reviews. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Design or a related field. 5+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer. Proven track record working on complex, business‑critical platforms (beyond simple websites or apps). Advanced proficiency in Figma, including design systems and its latest features. Strong knowledge of interaction design principles and user‑centered methodologies. Skilled in wireframing, prototyping, and visual design. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Advanced English proficiency. Must be based in Buenos Aires and available to work from the office once per week. Nice To Have Experience with enterprise‑grade or mission‑critical SaaS products. Background in working within Agile/Scrum product teams. Familiarity with accessibility standards and design for inclusivity.
