WAYPOINT is a creative production company specialized in Game: Development, Marketing, Collectibles and E-commerce projects for mid-sized to AAA clients such as Mattel, Konami, Disney, Zynga, Bandai, Square Enix, Ubisoft and more.

**MISSION**

Do you want to be part of an exciting company focused on video game marketing and development? This one is for you. We are looking for a UX/UI designer able to take projects from ideation, through research, wireframing, prototyping, and all the way through to handing off designs to developers

**YOU**
- A passion for the game industry
- 2+ years of industry experience in architecting great UX - UI for websites
- Basic Understanding of Agile methodologies like Scrum
- Team oriented personality open to challenges
- can understand English
- Experience with Sketch, Invision, Figma or Balsamiq
- Excellent visual design skills with a strong eye for details
- Ability to oversee a project from concept to final implementation
- You want to design beautiful and easy to use user interfaces and have a passion for modern UX - UI considerations and best practices
- Someone passionate about the designing process, from developing strong conceptual foundations to refining the smallest of details with quality
- Presentation and elaboration of your professional UX - UI design portfolio within the interview process.
- Nice to have: Knowledge of color science
- Nice to have: Experience with Javascript, HTML and CSS
- Nice to have: CMS knowledge such as WordPress
- Collaborate in a self-organized international Scrum team of software engineers
- Be part of a team of designers who are continually providing feedback to each other as we polish and refine our products
- Contribute to the life-cycle management of existing solutions
- Converting business specifications into wireframes
- Implement functionality changes according to the user stories in the sprint backlog
- Design technical concepts and specifications so that they are simple to implement
- Intermediate English level
