We are actively looking for a **UX/UI Designer** to join our USA team as a full-time employee in Argentina.
**Responsabilidades**:
- Communicate and articulate your design artifacts and vision clearly to internal teams and clients.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, working across multiple teams & projects simultaneously.
- Sketches, user journeys, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, site maps in a rapid, iterative fashion.
- Create hi-fidelity comps, and responsive prototypes for both web-mobile and desktop.
- Translate low-fidelity mockups and high-level user acceptance criteria into hi-fidelity comps and
detailed design criteria for development.
- Provide expert counsel on best practices for user research, interaction design, usability and user
engagement.
- Act as a facilitator and leader as needed - someone who can easily lead design projects, as well as
executive-level client work sessions.
- Organize design files and maintain design components and design system.
- Ability to prioritize and manage several milestones and projects efficiently.
