About the job UI/UX Designer

**UI/UX DESIGNER**

If you have experience in redesigning websites to optimize user experience and can identify and troubleshoot UX problems, then we might have your next great job role.

**Requirements (unless you convince us otherwise)**
- Experience of relevant software such as Figma, AdobeXD, Sketch, and Illustrator
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience as a UI/UX Designer, Website Designer, or similar role.

**Duties**:

- Work with product managers and engineers to evaluate user requirements.
- Design user interface elements that improve overall user experience.
- Develop prototypes that demonstrate how your design will function.
- Communicate design specifications for engineers to implement
- Constant agile approach to design process to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Identify and fix existing UX problems across our website.
- Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback
- Iterate and rethink designs based on feedback and results of testing
- Oversee and implement design system
