About the Role

At SMILE, an independent global agency specialized in performance marketing, creativity, digital experiences, and corporate events, we are looking for a UX/UI Designer to join our multidisciplinary team. This role is key in translating business and user needs into high-quality digital experiences that meet global standards of design, usability, and performance.

We are looking for a professional with strong design sensitivity, solid experience in UX/UI projects, and the ability to work closely with clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate respects and understands design systems, typography, color usage, and brand consistency, while also being capable of leading projects and collaborating in complex environments.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute UX/UI solutions for websites, landing pages, platforms, and digital products.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints.
  • Translate research, insights, and requirements into wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and final UI designs.
  • Ensure consistency with brand guidelines, design systems, typography, and color palettes.
  • Participate in project planning, timelines, and delivery milestones.
  • Present design proposals and rationale to clients with clarity and professionalism.
  • Lead or collaborate with other designers and multidisciplinary teams when required.
  • Continuously improve user experience based on feedback, data, and best practices.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably in agencies or digital product environments.
  • Education in related fields: Design, UX/UI, Multimedia Design, Communication, or related courses, certifications, or postgraduate studies.
  • Bilingual proficiency (Spanish and English – spoken and written).
  • Proven experience managing and executing UX/UI projects end-to-end.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build excellent relationships with clients.
  • Ability to lead projects and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Solid knowledge of UX methodologies, UI design principles, accessibility, and usability standards.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
  • Availability for a full-time position.
  • Residency in Buenos Aires (CABA) or availability to work in a hybrid model (3 days onsite, 2 remote).
