**Job Title**: UX/UI Designer
**Location**: Remote

Band of Coders is a dynamic and innovative company that delivers exceptional digital experiences to our clients. Our team values creativity, collaboration, and user-centered design to create impactful solutions. We are looking for a talented and passionate UX/UI Designer to join our team.

We are seeking a Part-Time UX/UI Designer to help shape user experiences and interfaces for our digital products. This role is perfect for a creative individual with a strong sense of design, attention to detail, and a passion for improving user journeys. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft intuitive, engaging, and aesthetically pleasing designs that align with our brand and meet our users' needs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** User Research**: Conduct user research to understand user needs, pain points, and behaviors, translating insights into actionable design solutions.
- ** Wireframing & Prototyping**: Create wireframes, storyboards, and interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts effectively.
- ** Visual Design**: Develop high-fidelity UI designs, adhering to brand guidelines and ensuring visual consistency across all platforms.
- ** Collaboration**: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and seamless implementation.
- ** Usability Testing**: Plan and conduct usability tests to gather feedback and refine designs based on user insights.
- ** Design Systems**: Maintain and enhance the company's design system to ensure scalability and consistency.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant projects.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
- Familiarity with responsive and mobile-first design principles.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines in a part-time capacity.
- (Bonus) Experience with basic front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
