We are seeking a talented and experienced Lead Data Analyst with expertise in Looker Studio to join our team. The Lead Data Analyst will be responsible for leading a team of data analysts to analyze, interpret and visualize complex data sets, and provide insights that inform critical business decisions. Responsibilities Lead a team of data analysts in designing, building, and maintaining complex dashboards and reports using Looker Studio. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key metrics and develop data-driven solutions to business challenges. Analyze and interpret complex data sets to uncover patterns, trends, and insights that inform business decisions. Develop and maintain data models and schemas to support business requirements. Identify and implement best practices for data visualization, reporting, and analysis. Work with engineering and product teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems. Participate in data governance efforts to maintain data quality and integrity. Mentor and develop junior analysts to build a strong data analytics team. Requirements Bachelor's or master's degree in a quantitative field such as statistics, mathematics, or computer science. At least 5 years of experience in data analytics, with a focus on business intelligence and data visualization. At least 3 years of experience using Looker Studio to design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports. Strong SQL skills and experience working with complex data sets. Experience with data modeling and schema design. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to mentor and develop junior analysts. Experience with data governance, data quality, and data integrity efforts. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
