Our Digital Transformation practice helps our clients rapidly modernize across levels of digital maturity. **Role Overview:**We are looking for a Data Analyst Lead with deep expertise in Power BI and proven experience leading end-to-end BI projects. The selected person will be responsible for scoping, estimating, planning, and delivering BI solutions, ensuring quality, consistency, and alignment with business objectives. This will be responsible for coaching and mentoring junior analysts, setting standards, and overseeing technical execution. This role is ideally remote based in Buenos Aires but other locations within Argentina are possible. This position will be employed via a 3rd party payroll and will be Director level equivalent within Ankura’s structure.**Responsibilities:*** Lead BI projects end-to-end: requirements, estimates, planning, delivery.* Design efficient and scalable semantic models in Power BI (advanced DAX, modeling, performance tuning).* Build executive-level dashboards focused on business outcomes.* Train, guide, and review the work of junior and mid-level analysts.* Work closely with business stakeholders to define KPIs and analytical needs.* Ensure data quality, governance, documentation, and visual consistency.* Provide insight-driven recommendations and connect analytics to business impact.**Qualifications:*** 5+ years of experience in Data Analytics or Business Intelligence.* Strong command of Power BI (must); Tableau is a plus.* Demonstrated ability to estimate, plan, and deliver BI projects.* Strong business acumen and the ability to translate data into decisions.* Highly detail-oriented and organized in both execution and documentation.* Excellent communication skills and technical leadership presence* Must be fluent in English#LI-MJ1#LI-Hybrid\*Ankura is an Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity Employer.
