It is a leading provider of guaranteed asset protection coverage and vehicle service contracts. The client distributes vehicle service contracts through franchised new-car dealerships in the United States. Its products and services include service contracts for exclusionary and component coverage, as well as coverage against factory warranties; GAP Protection and Preferred Tire Care for new and used vehicles sold at franchised new-car dealerships; Web-based services; and F&I training courses.

**POSITION OVERVIEW**
We are looking for a Data Analyst who will under technical direction design, analyze and model moderately complex organizational data for a business area, and provide business insights. This position is also an excellent chance to proactively contribute to the solution and improve your English with native speakers.
**TECHNOLOGY STACK**
Google Cloud platform, Data Flow, Data Studio, Striim, BigQuery, Snowflake, Looker/ThoughtSpot/Tableau.
**Responsibilities**
- Assist with initiatives to partner with internal and external customers to gather and validate business requirements and design dashboards/reports that impact business decisions.
- Analyze and interpret data to determine trends and outliers with recommendations that may lead to positive business outcomes
- Build and refine data models for use in routine and automated reporting and analysis
- Participates in and supports maintaining/troubleshooting reporting dashboards and reporting content
- Able to shift focus quickly and adapt to changing scope of work

**Requirements**:
- 4+ years analyzing and manipulating datasets to understand patterns and socialize insights
- Ability to lead and develop a team of mid/junior level analysts
- Proficient with SQL: and can write well optimized queries including a variety of functions and subqueries as well as a strong understanding of databases and business intelligence tools (e.g., Mode, Looker, Tableau, etc)
- Maintain an analytic, critical thinking mindset, and are energized by problem solving
- Reliable self-starter who can handle multiple projects with mínimal oversight
