Note: If you're hired for this role, you may be asked to update your LinkedIn profile :) Role Overview We are hiring a full-cycle BDR to help build a $300K monthly sales pipeline . This role owns outbound prospecting end-to-end and offers a clear path to promotion into an Account Executive role based on performance. Key Responsibilities Execute outbound prospecting via cold calling, email, and LinkedIn Identify, qualify, and book meetings with decision-makers Build and manage pipeline aligned with a $300K/month target Research accounts and personalize outreach by industry and ICP Collaborate closely with Sales and Leadership to refine messaging Maintain accurate CRM data and follow structured sales processes Requirements 2–3 years of experience as a BDR/SDR in B2B SaaS Proven exposure to Manufacturing or BPO accounts Strong cold-calling and outbound prospecting skills Outcome-driven mindset (pipeline and revenue focus, not just activity) Excellent spoken and written English Comfortable working remotely with U.S.-based teams Tech Stack Experience (Required or Strong Plus) HubSpot (CRM) Orum (dialer) ZoomInfo Clay Timeline Target start date: Late February – Early March Growth Opportunity High-performing BDRs will have a clearly defined path to Account Executive , with increased ownership and earning potential.
