**Buscamos un formador de ventas**con experiência para unirse a nuestro equipo y ayudar a formar, desarrollar y apoyar a nuestros representantes de ventas, con especial atención a los que se encuentran en su fase inicial de desarrollo profesional. El formador de ventas será responsable de co-diseñar, implementar y evaluar programas de formación eficaces orientados a mejorar las habilidades de venta, el conocimiento del producto y la utilización de las mejores prácticas de la industria.
**Requisitos**:
- Experiência demostrada de al menos 3-5 años en funciones de ventas, preferiblemente como Business Development Representative (BDR). -Mínimo 1 año de experiência en B2B
- Experiência demostrada de al menos 1-2 años en funciones de liderazgo.
- Profundo conocimiento del proceso de ventas, desde la prospección hasta el cierre, y de las mejores prácticas para la formación de equipos de ventas.
- Experiência en co-diseño e impartición de programas de formación tanto para ventas telefónicas como presenciales.
- Capacidad para analizar datos de rendimiento y traducirlos en planes de mejora.
- Excelentes dotes de comunicación y presentación.
- Capacidad para motivar y formar a equipos diversos.
- Familiaridad con herramientas CRM (como Salesforce, Apollo, etc.) y plataformas de formación en línea.
- Flexibilidad y adaptabilidad a entornos de trabajo dinámicos y cambiantes.
- Dominio del inglés C1 y del español.
