Transfer Pricing: Manage transfer pricing policies and documentation in compliance with international regulations. Monitor intercompany transactions to ensure proper pricing and reporting. Software Capitalization: Manage the capitalization of software and other intangible assets, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and accurate financial reporting. Foreign Exchange Management: Oversee foreign exchange transactions and accounting, including the management of currency exposures and impact on financial statements. Joint Ventures: Oversee accounting for joint ventures, including the recognition of investments, equity method accounting, and consolidation processes. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements within the accounting function, implement best practices, and drive operational efficiencies. Strategic Planning Support: Collaborate with senior management on financial planning and analysis, supporting strategic decision-making with accurate financial data and insights. Requirements and Qualifications 7+ years of accounting and/or audit experience with an inventory-manufacturing business, CPA strongly preferred. Strong, in-depth knowledge of US GAAP, SOX/internal controls, and financial statement preparation. Strong technical research skills, including experience with US GAAP and other accounting standards related to revenue recognition and inventory accounting, foreign exchange, and inter-company transactions. Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products with advanced Excel skills. Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite) is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
