Accounting Manager We are looking for an Accounting Manager to join our team at AstroPay. Responsibilities Accounting and compliance – Ensure accurate tracking of all company and intercompany transactions; manage day‑to‑day accounting operations; oversee month‑end and annual closing; ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory guidelines and company policies; collaborate with internal and external auditors; and implement special projects to improve efficiency. Team management and development – Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals, provide guidance and performance evaluations, and facilitate training programs. Process improvement and systems enhancement – Continuously evaluate and improve accounting processes; drive automation initiatives and system enhancements; collaborate with IT and finance teams to implement new accounting systems. Stakeholder management – Collaborate with finance, legal, compliance and executive teams; act as a point of contact for external auditors and regulatory bodies; provide accurate and timely responses to inquiries. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in accounting; Master’s preferred. 7+ years of accounting experience, preferably as an accounting supervisor or manager in the payment industry or a related field; prior Big 4 experience highly valuable. In‑depth knowledge of IFRS, SEC filings and regulatory requirements. Strong analytical skills, detail‑oriented, ability to meet strict deadlines. Proven experience managing teams and driving performance excellence. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience with Oracle; ERP implementation experience is a plus.
