If you have proven TechOps incident-management experience, AWS console proficiency, and solid Zabbix/Linux skills with fluent English, this opportunity is for you. Responsibilities Execute TechOps operational tasks: observability and running batch processes. Create and manage tickets and incidents (P1/P2) and follow through until stabilization. Lead incident calls and coordinate communication with external vendors. Take first technical actions at Level 1 and Level 2; intervene in AWS (console) to resolve minor incidents. Prioritize service stabilization first, then facilitate root cause analysis with the relevant technical teams. Drive continuous improvement in the incident management process. Requirements Experience in operations/TechOps: monitoring, ticketing and incident handling (P1/P2), and batch processes. AWS: ability to access the console and perform basic actions to resolve minor incidents (L1/L2). Zabbix (monitoring/observability) & Linux (operations and basic troubleshooting).
