Department Overview Motorola Solutions Argentina Job Description The Integrated Marketing Specialist is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the organization’s campaign planning, execution, and measurement for campaigns covering defined verticals and solutions. Working collaboratively with the Latin America marketing team, this position will implement campaigns, promotions, and strategies to drive demand generation and sales enablement to our key audiences. Seeking someone who possesses a passion for marketing, demand generation and data-driven decision making with a high level of energy seeking to grow and learn in an exciting and rewarding team environment. Key Responsibilities Support the implementation of the integrated marketing plan and strategies for defined verticals, including audience segmentation, marketing tactics, and media mix recommendations. Work with marketing units to shape campaign strategy. Coordinate with key functions as they fulfill the programs that comprise a campaign (marketing ops, call center, sales enablement, marketing analytics), and the tactics that comprise these programs. Develop Ad‑Hoc reports on campaign performance. Knowledge Requirements Experience creating marketing plans and integrated marketing strategies to drive tangible results via a demand waterfall. Experience working with digital media and social marketing platforms as well as online search strategies to drive leads. Agency experience is a plus. Experience working with marketing automation systems. Ability to understand marketing data and analysis while developing plans to adjust tactics from these insights. Demonstrated project management skills and proven ability to deliver results in a fast‑paced, deadline‑oriented environment. Solid understanding of the marketing funnel and the different phases of the customer journey. Understanding of solution‑selling approach into targeted vertical markets. Google Analytics and Data Studio Reports knowledge and experience will be highly considered. Basic Requirements Bachelor Degree in Marketing or related field. Strong agency management experience. A proactive approach to problem identification and resolution. Ability to meet tight deadlines, while juggling multiple projects simultaneously. Great interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user‑friendly language. Team player. 5+ years experience developing highly digital integrated marketing communication and demand generation strategies and campaigns in a B2B environment.
