Marketing Partner Specialist

Now we’re looking for a Marketing Partner Specialist to bring creative to Softline’s interface. You’ll be a part of our Global Marketing Team. What you’ll do Grow sales pipeline through lead generation campaigns and integrated partner programs for LATAM region. Responsible for scalable and efficient marketing campaigns to drive products and solutions. Project management of assigned partner programs. Maintain effective internal communications to ensure all relevant company functions are informed of the plans and activities. Grow the value proposition of co-marketing programs for assigned partner. Drive marketing consistency with partner to ensure Softline brand and value proposition is accurately and professionally represented. Establish & support relationships with partner sales, channel, and marketing teams to improve sales potential. Maintain a deep understanding of Softline strategies and objectives about assigned partner. Work with HQ marketing team to take advantage of global capabilities. Keep record of all marketing activities including metrics, ROI, insights and recommendations for action plans. Profile requirements +4 years’ experience in B2B- Technology industry experience working with corporate partners to develop co-marketing initiatives or other incentives. Knowledge of Microsoft Technologies such as Microsoft 365 and Azure. 2+ years’ experience in Program, Project or Business Process Management. Bachelor’s degree. English: conversational level. Skills Strong customer/partner relationship management skills. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to develop and implement creative solutions and influence others in their adoption. Ability to work in a self-driven, fast-paced, challenging and changing environment. Strong problem solving and analytical skills, able to assess opportunities and make decisions on ROI/advantages of programs & investments. Data driven, Results oriented. Creative. Ability to balance strategic focus and operational tasks. Proactive with positive attitude. Nice to have Relationship with Microsoft LATAM Stakeholders. Knowledge of Microsoft licensing models.
