Your New Role The Specialist, Partner Marketing will work within the team that leads and focus all our relationships with our IAP (In App Purchase) and OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) partners. In this role, you will assist in planning all communication efforts through each channel partner marketing programs focused on maintaining, engaging, and gaining loyal channel partner audiences for HBO Max. This Associate role will assist in elaborating regional and country specific strategies, working side by side with business development team, internal brand, creative services, and other key stakeholders to push forward initiatives that meet and fulfill the product needs of our audience to build consideration, awareness, activation, and loyalty. Your Role Accountabilities Guide content and growth marketing strategies and communications with distribution partners to ensure content marketing, merchandising and brand efforts are aligned. Coordinate regular meetings and reports with local POC contacts in the region Lead local extensions of campaigns with partners that increase the relevance of shows’ promotion in-country Deliver creative assets and present programming priorities and promotions to partners in order to generate awareness and growth of HBO Max Sync and align efforts with US and EMEA teams, coordinating calendar efforts. Cross‑functional collaboration skills and strong project management skills for prioritizing multiple projects at any one time that may be at different stages of execution and development. A results-oriented mentality to track efforts with partners. Qualifications & Experience 4/5+ years’ experience in partner marketing, ideally within an entertainment or DTC company Advanced level of English (mandatory) Bachelor´s Degree Well-versed in managing relationships with external partners and collaborating internally across a variety of teams Operate with a high degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and strong communication skills. Able to manage multiple projects at a fast pace and high volume. Comfortable working well under pressure with tight and changing deadlines. Outstanding presentation and communication skills Savvy in building presentations and proficient in Microsoft Suite. Google Play Store and Apple Connect knowledge (content administration and analytics) Familiar with dashboarding platforms such as Looker, Power Bi, Tableau or similar #J-18808-Ljbffr
