As we continue to grow, we're looking for a talented **Digital Marketing & Content Specialist** who can craft compelling, optimized content that connects, converts, and performs.

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and lead generation.
- Create, plan, and manage social media content and calendars across key platforms.
- Design and write content for infographics, videos, and other multimedia marketing materials.
- Develop on-page SEO assets (meta titles, descriptions, keyword-integrated copy).
- Analyze campaign performance and report on KPIs to optimize future marketing efforts.
- Ensure brand consistency and messaging across all channels.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to align strategies with client goals.
- Stay on top of industry trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing, SEO, and content creation.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in digital marketing, copywriting, or content marketing roles.
- Strong understanding of SEO, social media marketing, and content marketing.
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills with attention to grammar and tone.
- Ability to interpret data and make informed, strategic marketing decisions.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to meet deadlines independently in a remote setting.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field is preferred.

**Bonus Skills**:

- Experience with video scriptwriting or content ideation for multimedia
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite or other design tools
