Integrated Planning Specialist - EY Global Delivery Services EY is committed to shaping a better working world. The Integrated Planning Specialist plays a key role in delivering consistent integrated planning processes, governance, and related administrative activities across the Clients & Industries organization. Responsibilities Manage the delivery of integrated planning activities, including Global investment planning, Market segment execution planning, and Revenue planning. Deploy and govern a portfolio of integrated planning activities across the Clients & Industries function. Identify, prioritize, and facilitate projects that drive innovative process improvement across the integrated planning landscape. Advise on optimal planning solutions and ensure planning outcomes align with Clients & Industries Function priorities and objectives. Mentor and counsel junior Integrated Planning team members and elevate GDS resource capability across the integrated planning landscape. Manage relationships with multiple Clients & Industries and external stakeholder leaders, Finance, reporting, GDS, and other stakeholders, driving effective collaboration. Qualifications 7-10 years of planning experience in a corporate environment. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification. Experience managing integrated planning activities within a global matrix organization. Strong analytical and complex problem‑solving ability, with a high level of conceptual thinking. Financial acumen, with demonstrable ability to analyze market intelligence and business reporting and to make practical recommendations. Program management skills, with an ability to drive multiple projects and initiatives. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders. Proactive, forward‑looking, and comfortable taking initiative, with a resilient, agile, and pragmatic work style under pressure. Intermediate skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Additional Requirements Overtime may be required throughout the year, varying based on volume of work. Travel may be required from time to time to meet organizational leaders and stakeholders. Flexibility in working hours to accommodate multiple time zones as needed.
