This position is work from home and requires you to have reliable high-speed internet and a reliable computer. Ability to work California hours and United States holidays (you will receive paid time off for U.S. Holidays but will need to work during Argentinian holidays). Magazine Best Workplaces in America. We have an immediate opening for a Remote Intake Specialist to join our team. Relevant experience in legal or office settings is not required but is preferred. Responsibilities Data Entry. Answering website chats. Answering social media inquiries. Intake Calls. Follow up calls to gather missing information from new or potential clients. Receiving phone calls and helping qualify potential new clients. Evaluate prospective client inquiries and phone calls, analyzing their case fit and making sure they feel seen and heard. Set appointments for potential clients that meet our criteria to keep our lawyers’ schedules organized and grow our caseload. Additional Information Must be reliable, punctual, have a great attitude and able to start immediately. Independent Contractor. Benefits: paid time away from work, Monday to Friday schedule from 2am to 11am Pacific Time. Must be willing to submit to background checks and other screenings.
