**About the Role**:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Intake Specialist to join our team. As an Intake Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, responsible for gathering information and assessing their needs to determine the best marketing solutions for them. You will play a crucial role in managing client inquiries, guiding them through the intake process, and ensuring a smooth transition to the appropriate departments within the organization.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Conduct initial assessments of client needs and requirements.
- Gather relevant information from clients to understand their marketing goals and challenges.
- Provide accurate and detailed information about our services and offerings.
- Schedule appointments and consultations for clients with the appropriate team members.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or questions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination throughout the intake process.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.
- Assist in developing and implementing strategies to improve the intake process and enhance the overall client experience.

**Who We Are Looking For**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
- Empathetic and patient demeanor with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluent proficiency in English.
