This role focuses on intake coordination, gathering accurate patient information, and ensuring families understand the next steps in receiving services.Prior ABA or autism services experience is required. You will regularly speak with families, review intake documentation, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure patients are properly prepared for scheduling and care delivery.Spanish fluency is highly valued, as many families prefer communication in Spanish, but strong English communication is required for documentation and internal coordination.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound patient intake requests for ABA servicesCollect, verify, and organize intake forms and referralsCommunicate clearly with families regarding intake status and next stepsUse Spanish when assisting Spanish-speaking familiesEnter and maintain accurate patient data in internal systemsFlag missing or incorrect information that may delay servicesCoordinate with scheduling and care teams for smooth handoffFollow intake SOPs and maintain data accuracy standardsWhat You BringRequired: Prior experience in ABA, autism therapy, or behavioral health intakeExperience communicating with families in healthcare settingsStrong attention to detail and documentation accuracyProfessional phone presence with empathy and claritySpanish-speaking ability (preferred)Organized, dependable, and process-orientedApply here: https://operationsarmy.com/application
