Citizens Memorial Healthcare Foundation (CMH) in Bolivar, MO is hiring a Customer Intake Specialist to assist customers at our Home Medical Equipment. CMH is made up of 34 primary and specialty clinics, 6 Long-Term Care facilities and 1 residential care facility. Only an hour away is Branson that includes many shows to see, Silver Dollar City and shopping About the department: Home Medical Equipment proudly serves 8 counties in southwest Missouri. Our services include respiratory (oxygen, c‑pap equip and all supplies needed), mobility services including (walkers, rollators, wheelchairs, power wheelchairs and scooters), bath aids, crutches, compression hosiery, and lift chairs. HME also has a mastectomy dept. We work directly with patients and their providers to properly bill for equipment. We also provide delivery and set up of equipment as well as education of equipment. While we have many dept’s within HME, we all work together to strive to exceed the expectation of each patient.
