About the client (Atlantis Home Buyers) We are searching for a motivated and dynamic Inside Sales Representative to join our team as a Client Intake Specialist. As a Client Intake Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in our sales development, appointment setting, and customer service efforts, serving as the initial point of contact for homeowners interested in selling their properties. Requirements Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment. Previous experience in real estate or sales is a plus but not required. Passion for helping homeowners achieve their real estate goals. Home Office setting that includes: laptop or desktop, noise canceling headphones, monitor, reliable internet connection, and electrical power connection. Responsibilities Contact and qualify cold and warm leads with phone calls. Create and strategically prioritize target account lists. Conduct high‑level conversations with contacts at target accounts. Conduct lead follow‑up activity based on marketing events and website inquiries. Successfully utilize multiple sales enablement tools simultaneously. Track all activity in a CRM. Work closely with internal teams to develop lead gen programs. Report to KPIs to leadership including calls, conversations, meetings booked, etc. Personal attributes A flair for customer service alongside prior experience. Upbeat, enthusiastic, pleasant personality and attention to detail. Excellent listening skills and energetic phone presence. Professional, competitive, determined, and results‑oriented. Flexible, open‑minded, and able to deliver success despite ambiguity. Dedicated to tracking and improving performance and efficiency daily. Job specific requirements 1-2 years in sales development. Real estate experience preferred. Prior experience with CRM. Excellent internet for video calls with a working computer. Ability to work in the US time zones. Excellent English, including understanding of a wide array of idioms (assessed via written, phone and video tests). Fluent written and spoken Spanish (assessed via written and video tests).
