About the role Our Treasury team members are among the first in the company to get involved in new business initiatives that shape how we grow and scale. They help set up our payment and financial risk management infrastructure by working across functions, products, and regions to centrally manage risks. We’re looking for a Treasury Manager to deliver and maintain an effective treasury function for Revolut in Argentina. You'll be collaborating across functions and products, managing liquidity, market, credit, and capital adequacy risks as we continue to expand. Up to shape the future of finance? Let's get in touch. What you'll be doing Establishing the bank-level treasury function for Revolut in Argentina Defining policies and procedures, from cash management to AR/AP processing Working with Group Treasury to ensure compliance with group policies Aligning local operations with global strategic objectives Creating local liquidity, capital, and IRRBB policies and procedures Engaging with local risk committees to define and monitor risk appetites and exposures Localising global approaches to investment and capital management Participating in the setup of the global funds transfer pricing (FTP) framework Establishing a local assets and liabilities committee Running the committee as a key member Improving the deployment of excess capital and liquidity to meet expected risk and return profiles Supporting the local Head of Finance in capital and liquidity discussions Liaising with stakeholders including regulators and the board Collaborating with Risk, Accounting, Operations, and Regulatory Reporting teams to ensure treasury compliance What you'll need Proven experience building treasury processes and controls Excellent analytical skills and a hands-on attitude The ability to understand complex financial concepts and break them into smaller pieces Expertise in treasury management within financial services A bachelor’s degree in science, technology, economics, or maths Completion of CFA Level III Building a global financial super app isn’t enough.
