In this role, you will oversee the delivery of complex data initiatives, ensuring they meet business objectives while fostering collaboration between technical teams and stakeholders. Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of data project delivery to ensure they meet organizational goals and are completed on schedule Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and stakeholders to maintain alignment and focus on shared objectives Track project timelines, identify risks, and implement necessary adjustments to ensure successful outcomes Create and manage comprehensive project plans, including schedules, milestones, and resource allocation Advocate for and implement best practices in data delivery and management across teams Ensure consistency, accuracy, and reliability of data throughout all phases of project execution Work with stakeholders to identify data requirements and translate them into actionable plans Act as a bridge between technical teams and business units to ensure alignment and clear communication Enhance operational workflows to improve efficiency and scalability in project delivery Assess project results and provide frequent progress updates to leadership and stakeholders Requirements Over 10 years of professional experience in IT, with a strong focus on data science and analytics At least 5 years in leadership roles, such as Architect, Manager, or Lead, within Agile or hybrid project environments Proven track record of managing teams of 40 or more professionals across multiple disciplines Experience completing a minimum of 8 full project lifecycles or successfully launching 2+ major products or critical features to market Expertise in planning, managing, and evaluating the delivery of intricate data projects Ability to design and execute data strategies that align with business priorities and support data-driven decision-making Proficiency in data profiling to uncover patterns, address quality concerns, and maximize data utility Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English, with professional fluency Nice to have Certifications in project delivery methodologies, such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent qualifications In-depth knowledge of advanced data platforms and tools to drive delivery efficiency Familiarity with Agile principles and their application to structuring and managing data-centric initiatives We offer International projects with top brands Work with global teams of highly skilled, diverse peers Employee financial programs Paid time off and sick leave Upskilling, reskilling and certification courses Unlimited access to the LinkedIn Learning library and 22,000+ courses Global career opportunities Volunteer and community involvement opportunities EPAM Employee Groups Award-winning culture recognized by Glassdoor, Newsweek and LinkedIn #J-18808-Ljbffr
