We are looking for a Senior Product Manager based in Argentina to work on a long-term project for one of our clients, a Chemical Manufacturing company, headquartered in North Rhine–Westphalia, Germany. Our client’s products and services are designed to serve the most essential human needs of health and nutrition. Responsibilities Own the full lifecycle of assigned products, from concept and validation to build, launch, optimization, and decommissioning. Identify domain needs, develop product concepts, validate ideas, and build compelling business cases. Ensure product availability, stability, compliance, and alignment with business objectives. Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, finance, legal, operations, sales, manufacturing, and other teams to ensure cohesive delivery. Drive agile best practices including continuous planning, backlog refinement, user story creation, and sprint preparation. Conduct market opportunity assessments, competitive analysis, and support sales enablement activities. Identify and actively manage key stakeholder groups, ensuring user needs are well understood and incorporated. Provide end-to-end strategic leadership, optimizing product capabilities to deliver measurable business outcomes. Create and maintain comprehensive product roadmaps, clearly defining user needs and non-functional requirements. Track and report progress against 90-day outcomes, product health metrics, and budget. Manage and prioritize the product backlog to ensure efficient delivery. Monitor user feedback, product performance metrics, and business value to refine and improve the product. Apply Design Thinking to define problems, test usability and feasibility, evaluate business fit, and determine optimal solutions. Engage proactively with users and stakeholders through clear, strategic communication. Build strong working relationships across engineering, product management, and other technical teams. Mentor junior product managers and support the development of product management and agile capabilities across the organization. Requirements 7+ years of experience working as a Product Manager. 2+ years of experience working with Agile development and DevOps practices. Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives from concept through delivery. Ability to define and manage initiatives based on key metrics and measurable goals. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences. Experience developing product vision, strategy, roadmaps, and conducting competitive analysis. Background in designing, developing, or delivering digital solutions within complex global environments. Strong strategic planning and decision-making abilities, with the capacity to evolve strategies based on research, data, and industry trends. Ability to measure and clearly communicate the business value of proposals and deliverables. Bonus Points Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
