About the Project This role will support the Merative AI Team , supplementing existing Product and AI teams with senior-level product leadership. The focus is on building and evolving digital platforms and AI-powered solutions with high impact across healthcare use cases. Role Overview Double Nines is partnering with Merative to hire a Senior Product Manager who will own and drive product initiatives end-to-end. This role is ideal for someone comfortable owning a product, defining strategy, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver innovative web and mobile platforms in an enterprise environment. You will act as the product champion, balancing business goals, customer needs, and technical constraints while driving measurable outcomes. Responsibilities Serve as the primary driver for identifying product opportunities and shaping the future roadmap aligned with organizational strategy. Partner closely with leadership on product vision, feature definition, and customer experience decisions. Own and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing high-impact, customer-centric solutions. Define and track success metrics as the platform scales and evolves. Anticipate and manage risks, delays, or bottlenecks, escalating when needed and helping balance trade-offs. Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, data, and AI teams. Clearly represent product progress, challenges, and outcomes to leadership, customers, and partners. Requirements 7+ years of experience in Product Management, owning and delivering consumer-facing or enterprise product features. Proven experience defining product strategy, roadmaps, and release cycles in complex environments. Strong ability to work with subject matter experts to translate business needs into clear product requirements. Solid technical aptitude, with the ability to understand software architecture, technical risks, and system constraints. Strong project management, organizational, and prioritization skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Experience working in Agile environments.
