Previous experience as a Traditional Channel Manager. 5 years of experience leading teams. Professional degree (mandatory). Leadership and negotiation skills. Advanced English. Knowledge of the channel: national chains and wholesalers, regional chains (desirable), wine shop chains (desirable), and eCommerce (desirable). Experience designing and implementing Joint Business Planning with clients. Main Responsibilities Development of the Traditional Channel Sales team, including technical and leadership skills, coaching and training, as well as collaborating with the talent development of other Campari teams. Design and development of the commercial plan for the Traditional Channel to achieve growth and profitability objectives. Leadership of the Joint Business Planning (JBP) process with key clients, developing long-term relationships and maximizing brand performance. Commercial management of Traditional Channel clients, including sell-in, sell-out, and portfolio status. Collaboration with the Customer & Channel Marketing (CCM) team in the design and execution of point-of-sale strategies, information system integration, and service level compliance with the Customer Service & Logistics team. #J-18808-Ljbffr
