Job Overview Bandalabs is seeking a motivated and results‑driven Sales Manager to join our growing team. The Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and enhancing client satisfaction throughout the project processes. Responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the influencer marketing space. Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their campaign goals. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and client satisfaction. Oversee the campaign execution process as the main point of contact on the client side. Identify opportunities to upsell clients for additional campaign budgets. Provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline, and key performance indicators. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies. Qualifications Proficient in English, either a native speaker or near‑native speaker. Proven experience in sales on behalf of an agency; preferably within the influencer marketing or advertising/marketing industry. Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets, existing client relations with brands working with influencers is a major plus. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
