We are currently seeking a Regional Sales Manager to join our team. The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for managing relationships with all top revenue‑producing customers and developing total product sales growth for our sales channel. The role requires an experienced sales manager with solid industry and product knowledge and strong technical skills. Key Responsibilities Full ownership of all relationships (VARs, consultants, and end‑users), channel management and sales activities within the assigned region. Build and implement sales action plans to effectively and efficiently execute on company strategy. Provide active participation in sales activities required to achieve business success and deliver on financial objectives. Develop key sales competencies such as prospecting, lead generation, influencing, business acumen and judgment to maximize success. Maintain an extensive knowledge of customers, opportunities, markets and competition. Build and maintain aggressive account growth plans for top customers in the assigned geography and execute those plans. Enable connections with proper internal resources so customers receive value and an ease of doing business. Add value to customers through activities including product demonstrations, regional trade shows and product road shows. Build and execute on plans and market‑strategic initiatives to support customer and training needs, as well as provide feedback. Qualifications BA/BS degree with 5 to 7+ years of experience. Enterprise sales experience. Security access control and video industry sales experience. Developed and proven sales skills including prospecting, negotiating, influencing, and selling. Travel availability (up to 70%) for visits planned beforehand. Spanish proficiency. English proficiency preferred. We Value MS Office proficiency. Experience with a CRM. Strong interpersonal written/verbal communication. Analytical and problem‑resolution skills. Proactive, high energy, strong customer focus and responsiveness, adaptable.
