Trabajamos con más de 40 clientes activos en Argentina, Chile y Colombia, ofreciendo servicios de consultoría eCommerce, marketing digital, atención de reclamos y plataformas de venta online. Desafíos clave del puesto Liderar la operación eCommerce: gestionar y motivar a un equipo para la entrega de proyectos en tiempo, alcance y presupuesto. Garantizar la satisfacción y retención de clientes: supervisar indicadores como NPS, churn y LTV, y definir acciones de mejora. Implementar procesos robustos: planificar el calendario de entregas, priorizar tareas y escalar incidencias cuando sea necesario. Optimizar rentabilidad y productividad: equilibrar recursos, gestionar presupuestos y proponer iniciativas de eficiencia. Ser puente con el cliente: asegurar una comunicación fluida con las áreas comerciales y el CEO para alinear expectativas. Responsabilidades principales Diseñar y ejecutar el plan operativo para cada cuenta, controlando tiempos, costos y resultados. Coordinar reuniones de seguimiento con el equipo y con clientes clave. Analizar métricas de desempeño y presentar reportes de mejora. Definir y revisar procesos internos, fomentando la adopción de buenas prácticas. Liderar iniciativas de retención y upselling basadas en insights de la operación. Perfil buscado Experiencia: 3–5 años liderando equipos de operaciones o proyectos en consultoras, agencias o plataformas eCommerce. Conocimientos técnicos de eCommerce. Habilidades: liderazgo operativo, orientación al cliente, planificación y comunicación efectiva. Requisitos excluyentes: gestión de cuentas B2B, manejo de indicadores NPS, churn y LTV. Formación: grado en Administración, Ingeniería, Sistemas o afines; valorable diplomaturas o posgrado en Negocios Digitales o Project Management.
