Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring excellent communication and satisfaction. Proactively reach out to patients and potential clients, addressing their needs and closing sales to drive business growth. Oversee and manage the daily sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow‑up on leads and moving prospects efficiently through the funnel. Achieve and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales revenue targets by closely monitoring performance and adjusting strategies. Lead by example as a member of the sales team, fostering a high‑energy, collaborative environment and providing mentorship to junior members. Guide the sales process from prospecting to closing, aligning with company objectives and maximizing opportunities. Engage with clients, negotiate deals, and close sales, ensuring both client and company needs are met. Utilize CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to manage leads, track relationships, and maintain accurate sales activity records. Regularly analyze sales data and KPIs, providing reports and insights to refine strategies and improve overall performance. Continuously assess and improve the sales process to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Qualifications 3+ years of experience as a Sales Manager, preferably in a BPO or services‑oriented industry (B2C/B2B experience is a plus). Proven success in managing key accounts, reaching out to patients, and consistently closing deals. Demonstrated ability to manage daily sales pipelines and meet revenue goals. Strong leadership skills with a "lead‑by‑example" mentality. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and deep understanding of outbound calling, closing, etc. Solid understanding of KPIs, sales metrics, and performance analysis. Experience in call centers, telemarketing, or service sales environments is preferred. What We Offer Progressive salary increases based on performance.
