Customer Success Specialist Support and guidance for clients to ensure optimal use of the service and achievement of their objectives. Coordination with the internal team to optimize campaigns and improve the customer experience. Responsibilities Conduct client onboarding and train them on the platform. Analyze and optimize Meta campaigns. Follow up with clients and provide ongoing support. Communicate issues or improvements to the product team. Ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Qualifications High level of English (essential). B2+ and above, with advanced level for clear communication with clients from Northern Europe. Knowledge of digital marketing. Communication skills and customer-oriented mindset. Organizational ability and proactive attitude. Previous experience with Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, or TikTok Ads. Experience as Customer Success. Familiarity with Notion. Minimum of 1 to 3 years of relevant experience. Languages: Spanish and English.
