A Day In The Life As a Digital Media Account Manager, you will be the go‑to expert in client meetings, breaking down strategy, performance, and next steps with clarity and confidence. You will own daily client communication, manage projects end‑to‑end, and drive strategic account planning rooted in data, turning insights into smart recommendations across all channels. Responsibilities Lead clients that predominantly focus on Google and Meta ads. Lead day‑to‑day client activity that drives growth, including communication, education, and project management for campaign execution, planning, and service strategy. Monitor and analyze account activity (volumes, KPIs/metrics, incidents, trends, etc.) across client accounts. Understand partner marketing objectives and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to create innovative strategies that maximize program performance. Manage client and agency team expectations, address roadblocks, and facilitate smooth project execution. Lead client meetings to present and discuss program optimization, execution, and marketing best practices. Ensure day‑to‑day implementation of project deliverables is client‑ready. Requirements 3+ years of experience managing digital programs at a marketing agency. Experience with SEO, PPC, Creative, and Analytics resources and a thorough understanding of related deliverables. Proficiency in spoken and written English at an advanced level. Ability to multitask and prioritize under ever‑changing needs while meeting tight deadlines. Proven project management skills with a focus on processes and quality assurance. Proactive, innovative, and able to create new opportunities where none currently exist. Willingness to travel from time to time as required for relationship building. High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
