As we scale our commercial footprint, we are seeking a high‑impact sales professional to help drive our expansion across European markets. We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Executive to lead business development efforts across European institutional markets. This is a unique opportunity to join an ambitious fintech firm at an early stage, contribute directly to its growth trajectory, and be part of a mission‑driven team with a differentiated product offering. You will be responsible for developing and managing new business opportunities, owning the full sales cycle, and playing a key role in shaping our go‑to‑market strategy. The ideal candidate brings strong commercial acumen, a consultative sales approach, and a deep understanding of the institutional investment landscape. What You’ll Do Develop and execute a robust sales strategy to drive adoption of Scientific Portfolio across institutional markets in Europe. Build, grow, and manage relationships with institutional investors, investment consultants, and asset managers, acting as an expert in Scientific Portfolio’s analytics platform helping to find solutions to their complex challenges. Own the entire sales lifecycle—from account planning, client discovery and relationship building, product demonstration and lead generation through to contract negotiation and onboarding. Understand client needs in depth and articulate how our analytics platform delivers meaningful value across investment workflows. Collaborate closely with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Research, Client Service) to ensure a seamless client experience, answer detailed enquiries about Scientific Portfolio’s methodologies and support long‑term client engagement. Represent the company at industry conferences, client meetings, and thought leadership events. Share market intelligence and client feedback to inform product development and commercial strategy. What We’re Looking For Proven success in institutional sales within B2B fintech, investment analytics, data services, or asset management. Strong understanding of institutional investment processes and the consultant landscape. Experience selling into complex, multi‑stakeholder organizations across diverse European markets. Exceptional interpersonal and consultative selling skills; ability to engage senior decision‑makers with credibility and insight. Entrepreneurial mindset with a high degree of initiative, independence, adaptability, and drive in a fast‑paced startup environment. General knowledge of portfolio theory and risk & performance attribution methodologies. Preferred Backgrounds Candidates may come from a variety of backgrounds, including: Investment Consulting Institutional Sales professionals from Asset Managers with strong analytical capabilities Preferred location: London (UK), although other Western Europe locations will be considered.
