Role Description As a Paralegal within the Customer Success team, this role is pivotal in ensuring customers attain their desired outcomes using our product or service. You will act as an essential bridge between our company and its customers, championing customer success and satisfaction. Additionally, your duties include conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and offering support on legal matters, contributing significantly to our overall service quality. Key Responsibilities Legal Drafting/Review Draft the legal language for written agreements based on customer requirements. Prepare documents for manager review before sharing with the client. Customer Service Receive requests from users and leads, answering questions about services and account management. Ensure requests are handled quickly and correctly. Tech Setup Support Support customers in setting up connections between their source code management platform and our system. Ensure all setups are administered correctly on our side. Sales Support Assist leads with questions about our service, guiding them from the first contact. Communicate via email and website chat. Report Drafting Draft inspection reports based on customer‑provided information. Send finalized reports back to customers.
