We are a Miami-based personal injury law firm seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our team and support our attorneys in managing an active caseload of 40+ litigation cases. Our organization is made up of aggressive, dedicated and zealous A-players who go above and beyond to make sure our clients are well taken care of. The ideal candidate is proactive, dependable, and capable of balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, the ideal candidate is comfortable working remotely, and has experience working with remote teams in the past. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and schedule depositions, hearings, and other case-related events for attorneys. Monitor, maintain, and organize all case documents and files to ensure accuracy and accessibility. Draft legal documents, correspondence, and pleadings, and handle e-filing with the courts. Maintain regular communication with attorneys, clients, and court staff to ensure smooth case progress. Demonstrate strong coordination and scheduling skills to effectively manage multiple deadlines and commitments. Qualifications Must have at least 2 years experience as a legal assistant or paralegal for a US based law firm, preferably in litigation. Fluent in writing and speaking English. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to handle 40+ active cases. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation and filing. Proficiency with case management systems and electronic filing platforms. Effective communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with attorneys, clients, and external parties. Salary & Benefits Salary: $1,500 USD per month with additional performance compensation available that could add up to an extra $1,500 per month in earnings.
