The role involves overseeing a help desk team, guiding team members to resolve technical issues, optimizing troubleshooting processes, ensuring excellent customer service, monitoring service request trends, maintaining open communication with clients and stakeholders, and implementing best practices for support operations. Qualifications Proven experience in Technical Support, Help Desk Support, and issue Troubleshooting Strong focus on delivering superior Customer Service and maintaining effective Communication Leadership abilities and organizational skills to manage, mentor, and motivate a team Proficiency in IT support systems, ticketing tools, and remote desktop troubleshooting Ability to analyze trends, collaborate with team members, and implement solutions to improve operational efficiency Familiarity with best practices in managed services and security services is a plus Relevant certifications such as ITIL, CompTIA, or similar are highly desirable Seniority Level Mid‑Senior level Employment Type Full‑time Job Function Information Technology #J-18808-Ljbffr
