As a Bilingual Virtual Assistant, your role will contribute to the success of the business by providing the best customer support and experience to our valued clients. Responsibilities Provide customer support and manage client communications. Handle calls and email inquiries. Administrative tasks such as A/R, A/P, Work order processing, notices, compliances, lease renewals, document preparation, email management. Marketing and Social Media Management. Comply with client‑specific Standard Operating Procedures in doing the day‑to‑day tasks. Proactively keep yourself updated with changes in SOPs and guidelines. Comply with VirtuallyinCredible’s guidelines in the daily task fulfillment. Effectively represent VirtuallyinCredible’s core values to anyone within or outside the company. Provide data and information to the leadership team as required. Perform additional or other services that may be required from time to time, which may not be related to the primary obligations stated above. Qualifications & Skills Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish. High school diploma or equivalent required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast‑paced environment. 2 years of Customer Service experience in inbound/outbound US voice accounts. Good American accent. Ability to manage multiple phone lines and prioritize tasks efficiently. High attention to detail and accuracy in recordkeeping. Team player with strong problem‑solving skills and a customer‑focused mindset. Quiet home office work environment. Fast and reliable internet connection of at least 10 Mbps with backup available. Dependable electricity with power backup available. Computer RAM: At least 12 GB RAM for Windows, 8 GB RAM for Mac. Computer Processor: AMD Ryzen 3 2200/i3, Intel 8th gen/i5 and above. Computer Operating System: Windows 11, or macOS (Sequoia, Sonoma, Ventura, and Tahoe). This is a pooling requisition. We are constantly looking for great talent to join our team.
