We Clone You is a leading virtual assistant company that specializes in providing virtual assistance to empower businesses of all sizes with world-class virtual assistance. We are currently looking for a motivated Virtual Assistant with expertise in the Lofty CRM and Website Operations to join our client's team and take their operations to the next level.

In this role, you will be responsible for performing various tasks, including:

  • Support the team by owning Lofty platform operations, ensuring accurate setup, organization, and optimization for a small real estate team;
  • Manage, refine, and maintain the Lofty CRM for listings, leads, contacts, follow-ups, drip sequences, tasks, and automations;
  • Build, update, and optimize Lofty webpages and website sections, including layout edits, content updates, and general maintenance;
  • Ensure all contacts are properly tagged, assigned, and included in the correct automated workflows;
  • Monitor campaign performance and recommend adjustments to improve response and conversion metrics;
  • Maintain clean CRM organization, fix workflow issues, and ensure automations run correctly;
  • Communicate proactively with the client about priorities, next steps, and system improvements;
  • Support basic transaction coordination tasks as needed (no full workload at this moment);
  • Assist with MLS-related tasks only if required: entering listings, updating property information, and supporting compliance checklists;
  • Track important transaction dates or reminders as delegated, ensuring nothing is missed;
Requirements
  • Proven experience managing Lofty CRM for real estate teams — must be skilled enough to screen-share and demonstrate platform proficiency;
  • Strong understanding of CRM workflows, automations, website editing inside Lofty, tagging systems, lead routing, and campaign setup;
  • Experience with real estate systems, including lead management, listing data, follow-ups, and client communication workflows;
  • Ability to learn or support light-level transaction coordination tasks (MLS entry experience preferred);
  • Excellent spoken and written English; must communicate confidently and clearly;
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive — able to work independently with little supervision;
  • Reliable high-speed internet and ability to perform daily check-ins and provide consistent updates;
