Este rol se centra en la gestión de los servicios técnicos de la oficina, mejorando la comodidad, la productividad y la satisfacción a través de una entrega excepcional de servicios y atención al detalle. Trabajará dando soporte al FC del sitio.**Cómo será tu día a día*** Serás el punto de contacto principal para las solicitudes e inquietudes de los colaboradores relacionadas con las instalaciones y servicios de la oficina.* Evaluarás continuamente la experiencia del colaborador, recopilarás retroalimentación e implementarás soluciones creativas para mejorarla.* Te asegurarás de que los espacios de trabajo sean funcionales y alineados con la cultura organizacional para fomentar un ambiente positivo.* Supervisarás las áreas comunes, asegurando que estén organizadas y sean acogedoras para los colaboradores.* También supervisarás el desempeño de proveedores externos de servicios, garantizando su cumplimiento con los estándares acordados.* Monitorearás y administrarás el inventario de suministros de oficina para garantizar su disponibilidad oportuna.* Implementarás iniciativas para optimizar los costos y mejorar la sostenibilidad de los recursos utilizados en la oficina.* Colaborarás con equipos internos para organizar actividades.**Requisitos mínimos:*** 1 año+ de experiencia en roles de soporte administrativo, gestión de servicios, atención al cliente o administración de instalaciones.* Manejo de Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)* Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita* Capacidad para identificar necesidades, evaluar situaciones y proponer soluciones creativas de manera proactiva.* Habilidades destacadas de planificación y organización para gestionar múltiples tareas simultáneamente* Capacidad para colaborar efectivamente con diferentes equipos internos y coordinación de actividades grupales.**Requisitos deseables:*** Experiencia previa en coordinación con proveedores externos* Formación académica en carrera técnica, Facility Management o áreas afines.* Conocimiento en sistemas de control de inventario y manejo de suministros de oficina.**Location:**On-site –Buenos Aires, ARGIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet all of the requirements.
